Lichen, not rust

I was taking a photo of a rusty lock on a box in a little stand on the side of the road, when I heard a car pull over in front of me. I didn't pay attention because I was concentrating, then I heard, "What are you doing, taking a picture of rust again?" As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I was doing. It was G, on his way to play golf. So I decided to be unpredictable and post a photo of lichen on a box on the hydro pole instead. I liked the spider webs too. Thought I'd try using a square format today.
