To sit and stare

At these lovely tulips would be great but today has been one of those days, hectic to say the least.

Off to the vet for 1st post-op check-up, all is well in that department, although was a mission getting Lola through the doors to the place, she put on brakes and reversed almost out of her harness when she realised where she was going!

Then to the shops for some baking ingredients and a few odds and ends.

A bit of housework, more work on Aiden's recycled chest-of-drawers, laundry and now time to make a chicken and leek pie for supper.

Feet ache from all the walking and I keep thinking today's Saturday! Gosh I'm getting old :-(
