The writing's on the wall

I was going to the gym tonight for a dose of RPM when I noticed this writing on the building opposite Leith Victoria. I do find faded or partially exposed graphics that indicate an old establishment or business very interesting. I have noticed faded signs on other buildings going up and down Leith Walk especially when I'm on the top deck of the bus as they can often be on the first floor level. I've never noticed this one before, I wish I could make out what it said, well done to the sign writer that originally stencilled it out, it must have been very smart at one time.
