Near the high Street..

It was a chilly damp sort of day today.
I spent several hours of it in Demelza basement sorting clothes where I selected some fabulously awful clothes to wear for painting the shower room that are too shabby to sell for clothing (we sell them by weight as 'ragging') which after a quick wash and dry will be my outfit of choice for the next couple of days!

There were a lot of foreign student groups around today - here are some of them sheltering under the lovely pink (cherry?) blossoms. had to use iPhone - Alex bagged my camera for his stop motion Lego film that he's making for D of E...

Fred took Alex for an eye test and, unsurprisingly he will need glasses (lots of glasses in the family and he has been complaining of distance issues for the board at school etc.) So specs are ordered and I will see them when they are in...!

I was going to start painting prep work - but it is the holidays!
