Local Landscape

One of the photo groups has a topic of local landscapes coming up in a couple of months so I thought I would take advantage of the good weather and the fact that the fields are just bursting into new, fresh colour to go out and get some shots in the bag. It's really quite hard to find a nice landscape around here because the ground is so flat giving few vantage points to choose from and all the fields have their boundaries marked with large trees in the hedges which frequently means you have a large 'blob' in the middle of your photo that looks a bit odd. I'm not particularly thrilled with any of the shots I have taken today so here is the best of a bad bunch - at least there's a blue sky in it :-))
