Scrap??

Look at the tag attached to this rotor.
Scrap; do not use!
It's the rotor (without blading) of the power part of a gasturbine.
This one has been involved in a crash; all the blades were severly damaged and the rotor itself is not reliable anymore.
Normally the blades are fitted in the notches which look like a christmas tree.
