Yummy Supper

Eish guys, Charmaine's got me on a verrrrry nice, but strict diet! Whohoo! She CAN, let me tell you! The doctor didn't only give me good news yesterday! She also prescribed exercise and a carbohydrate free diet for at least 3 months, will adjust it a little bit afterwards! My insulin resistance is dangerously high and must be attended to! But I won't despair, not with a daughter like Charmaine! Whatever she starts will be done perfectly, every dish is well planned and tasty! Tonight we had steak strips in a magnificent salad!
