Henry Purcell

I have blipped Henry Purcell before. His monument stands in a small garden just up the road from my office.

Purcell was organist at Westminster Abbey from 1679 until his death in 1695 so this is a good spot for him to be commemorated. The monument itself is in bronze and was sculpted in 1995 by Glynn Williams.
