Magnolia Stellate

There is just a small window to enjoy this tree in my garden. Is it a tree or a shrub? 6.52 here, big piece of work to do, I was thrown a curved ball yesterday, same old, very frustrating. Good catch up last night with an old work colleague, always enjoy her thinking and chat. Work and relationships covered!
