My Veg box

I love my veg box on a Friday, Just Veg, no potatoes. Had a clicky knee since Tuesday, grrr will be seeing a work physio sometime next week hopefully. Am hoping it will just settle but that is not the impression I have. Chilled day tomorrow and then at the Stables music venue tomorrow night, London marathon supporting my nephew on Sunday
