The Blue Flicker of Death....

After yesterday's fun and games in Halton Hospital (can't speak too highly of them) it was good to be out and about again. I spotted this quote attached to a post on Manchester's Canal Street. It was put up by the same people who put up the 'Follow Your Inner Moonlight' quote a few weeks ago. By whom and why I'm not sure but they are fun. This one is about 'The Blue Flicker of Death'....
