Sticks

The spring has finally sprung, and we're starting to see some grass under our dirty, mealy snow. Mace has found great enjoyment in the various sticks that had blown down before the snow came in December.

He often will dig for them just under the snow, carry it in his mouth and run through the field - super happy! It's amusing to watch, and even more fun to see how happy he is when he's allowed to bring it inside.

Today was one of those moments - he played with this one for over an hour, then finally tuckered himself out, taking a snooze within reach of his beloved stick.
