Snow Eater

An odd day indeed... started as rain, then clearing skies led to a bright afternoon, and this evening a heavy fog has settled in. I won't complain, all of today's weather events will do their fair share of eating away at the remaining snow.

It seems like this winter simply won't let go. Just 30 miles south there is no snow to speak of. 100 miles south, green grass and spring flowers are growing.

I am optimistic that one day soon, spring will arrive and with it, the warm sunshine and the sounds of birds at play.
