Port Street, Stirling

Had to be in Stirling this morning and, as has become my recent habit thanks to Blipfoto, started looking up and around at the buildings I pass on the way to my destination.

This red building in Port Street has lots of character (I seem to be using that word a lot these days!) with its ornate carvings and striking colour. I like, too, the contrast between the ordered symmetry of the windows and the jumble of boxes and papers in the middle window. No idea if the building has a particular name, and I don't know its history, but it certainly catches the eye.
