Pusillanimous

Word no.1, Pusillanimous, timid.

So timid, or wary, they're actually very difficult to get photos of. The only reason I managed to do it this morning was that I slept very badly last night and finally got up at 6.00, and they weren't worrying about dog walkers yet.
These deer spend the night in the woods behind my garden, and by 6.30, they're gone.
