Splash of colour!

I couldn't resist these flowers when I went shopping this morning. Mixed with a bunch of daffodils they add a real splash of colour to the room.

It's been a glorious warm and sunny day, and I managed to get the lawn cut and do a bit of weeding this afternoon. The shrubs look to have grown another inch or two while we have been away, and all the clematis are budding. Spring has definitely sprung!
