Spent a day at my flat today catching up with my friend, flat mate and colleague, Debbie. Was nice to get back there and get a bit of normality back in my life for a few hrs.

At home now with Pops. We just watcher the Amy Winehouse documentary on BBC4. Haunting and moving. What a waste hey?
