Graffiti or Art

My hubby Vintagecamera and I were in town this morning looking for a blip. Part of Wokingham town centre was built in the 1960's and has some grim looking buildings with concrete pillars along the pavement. A lot of regeneration is going on at the moment to update the town centre, and the concrete pillars have been painted to match the adjoining shop. I selected the toy shop pillar, and hubby selected The Dress Circle
