Tea Timers

Another long day (didn't leave the office until late) ending with a report of a trapped pigeon in one of our buildings!

Managed to find some time to myself and a nice lunch at midday.

This is the tea tray at Cafe Venecia, complete with a set of "tea timers" to make sure you get the right strength cuppa.

I prefer to use a Dulux colour chart:

30 seconds  = Magnolia
60 seconds = Light Ochre
2 minutes   = Sienna
90 seconds = Burnt Sienna
3 minutes  = Mahogany
