urgh
A tricky day. Slept badly.
My food was one of the highlights. A veggie breakfast (poached eggs, wholemeal toast, baked beans, tomato & mushrooms - all organic) with cappuccino at the farm shop.
Home made guacamole with corn chips and my own super turbo charged drink - beetroot, carrot, apple & lime - for a very late lunch.
Indian spicy scrambled eggs for dinner - cooked by me but from a Rick Stein recipe.
Delicious from start to finish.
I did a bit of gardening too, so that was useful. Fresh air & light exercise.
Tomorrow will be more productive. Has to be.
