Fancy feet

Alys has been home from Uni for 3 weeks, and (in the house at least) I'm not sure I've seen her feet out of these!

They're Guatemalan slippers. Unlike any shop-bought ones you might come across these are, apparently not made in matching pairs, nor specifically left or right. Alys's Guatemalan flatmate brought over an assortment and she and her friends picked their favourites.

She assures me they're exceptionally comfortable, cosy, and practical. And interchangeable or not, orange is now always right and red is always left!
