Shell and Grass

I love the contrast of the slender grass stems, the bold crescent of shell and gritty texture of sand. I suppose this shot sums up the beach here. I don't like setting up still lives as such and this is as found. It is great to stumble across compositions created by mother nature. Perhaps it is lazy to leave the composition to "someone" else. But nature is beautiful enough without my clumsy hand playing a part.
