.... are looking quite splendid.

You can tell it is spring when the colours of the cock pheasant shine out as he strides confidently over his patch showing off to any passing female. It was another glorious day and I had just driven along various country lanes to visit a friend who has asked me to make two double quilts for her new B&B venture. I was showing her the progress of the first one and thankfully she seemed delighted. Phew! As is my wont I am doing it all by hand, so it is keeping me out of mischief for the time being - but also away from commenting as much as I would like..... but I am still here.
