Marathon

At first it could be perceived as an eerie sight; trafficless streets, security and police round every corner. You'd then turn into a major road, hearing the distant roar of crowds, and you'd see a river. Not the Thames though but Marathon runners in their hundreds and thousands, pouring through some of London's main roads and past some amazing landmarks. An amazing atmosphere as always, a great day out for any Marathon supporter. If you've not experienced it yet, do it.
