boat at lytham

another day cycling - this time to lytham and then on to s. annes. we went via kirkham and ribby with wrea which kept us on quiet lanes. sustained by a toasted teacake on the pier we made our way back. the way back was smelly in parts as the farmers were spraying the fields and then we passed a field of oil seed rape which made my eyes stream. for some reason l am getting fitter but heavier (must be the teacakes!)
