Tahoe Tea House

Fanette Island, Emerald Bay, Lake Tahoe, California

This island is close to Vikingsholm, situated majestically among towering pines and cedars, was built as a summer home by Mrs. Lora Josephine Knight in 1929.
The ruins of the tea house can be seen at the top of the island.

You have to walk down the paved trail one mile to get to Vikingsholm (or take a boat and just see it in passing)
