Wonderful weather. And a simple day relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere and the sun.

We've found out where to catch the bus to Sintra tomorrow.
We found the supermarket. (Every visitor to Portugal should encounter Pingo Doce).

We went to the Casa das Historias Paula Rego - a marvellous art gallery designed to showcase Portugal's greatest living artist. We share her as she has UK citizenship. She has a very daring take on fairy tales, story and feminism. It's disturbing at times but amazing. And the building is unforgettable too.

Then back to the hotel for a lovely swim in the rooftop pool overlooking the Marina.

A long coastal stroll towards Guincho before settling for a large and satisfying local meal. ( do try the chocos - cuttlefish)
