Lovely day today with Mike! We went to a Portuguese bakery in westbourne park and then to Barnes so I could show mike how lovely it is. A nice couple of pints in the Sun Inn and then home for a nap! We're both a bit burned! Popped into a charity shop and found a big book on massage and aromatherapy for 2.95!
Poor mikes sciatica is bad. It was a bit better this morning but then he swung his legs to get out of bed and made it worse again. He's going doctors tomorrow. I'm going to give him reiki again in the morning.
A plant i had was totally dying and droopy it always looks so limp as I forget to water it all the time. I am surprised that it's still alive! I've only watered it like 5 times in about 2 years and when I do water it it still looks sad. I gave it reiki yesterday though with some water and it looks perky for the first time since I have had it!
