For Want of a Lemon........

............Shrove Tuesday was missed but as we now have one, I could see no reason why we shouldn't have pancakes today!

BlipBear and Kiwi wanted to help so whilst I was getting the flour, egg and milk, they looked after the mixing bowl and whisk!. I have always been told that batter is better if it stands for a while before using, so we are making it quite early.

My dear neighbour, who is quickly losing her memory, is fascinated by BlipBear and, every time she sees him, remarks that she never, ever seen this white bear before! Keeps saying she wishes he was hers! Rather a pity I can't oblige!!

Another sunny morning though a lot more cloudy than yesterday but a bit less windy. Temperature at 50 Deg.F.


I blipped rather late yesterday as Anni and I went out for the day so you may have missed my Hibiscus - if you have, do please take a look - preferably on large - you might just like it!
