Snow, everywhere but here

After the initial excitement of the kids when a slight snow drizzle feel this morning, it was something of an anti-climax (for the bairns) when the return trip came about. Plenty of bone chilling wind, dark clouds... potential, but no snow!

Honestly, the lack of snow was a good thing for me though - but tomorrow is another mushroom as I am fond of saying.
