I like cow's milk.... Xxx
Today's picture shows the beautiful presents we have been given by Hazel, one of the cleaners at Mike's school, for Easter. She knitted them all herself and put a creme egg inside each of the smaller animals. The big bunny is for Eva and there is a little animal with an egg inside each one for me, Mike and Jake. How kind and thoughtful! I was so touched when Mike gave them to me tonight. They are gorgeous! Eva loves her bunny.

Key worker comment: Eva drank all of her cow's milk, first time! Well done, Eva.
Although I still breast feed Eva first thing and just before bed at night, I had been sending Eva into nursery each day with formula milk for her 2 bottles each day (Aptamil). She hasn't been drinking water that well, and I didn't want her to be thirsty. Now that she's drinking water better, and she's eating well, Heidi suggested last week stopping the formula and giving her cow's milk instead as her milk drinks, which the nursery would provide. I ummed and arred and also spoke to the doctor regarding her eczema and going onto cow's milk, and the doctor reassured me if it was a reaction from dairy, it would be a lot worse than it is. So today, I said at nursery to give her cow's milk and apparently she gulped it down no problem, didn't even seem to notice any difference. Phew! :-) xxx
