Flooded Wetlands

Christchurch has been inundated by the remains of Cyclone Ita, bringing gale force winds and more flooding. Many streets have been closed today due to fallen trees and floods. It's not a pretty sight.
I drove over to Parklands to visit a friend today, passing by the Travis Wetlands. Areas close to the road are considerably flooded - hence this image.
