Cloudless

11.7C and sunny with hardly a cloud all day. Light cool breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our walk after lunch. Usual route. The roadworks on the shore road are complete and the road is open again.

The tide was out and lots of rocks were visible. Only one other dog walker today. No Spaniel for Maeve to play with.

As we walked past the cottages on East Row one of the residents came out to sit on a bench at the front of her house and enjoy the view. We stopped and had a chat. The blip is the view across her garden to the sea and the channel in the rocks the boats use.

Later I dug over one of the small veg beds and the circular bed in the middle of one of the lawns in the back garden.
