Allotment glory

It might be Good Friday, but the training hasn't stopped!

My favourite Edinburgh Pool was open today, and managed 20-lengths before heading off to our Allotment for the afternoon (got the Easter weekend, off work).

Picture hopefully shows what a glorious day it is in Edinburgh - really wonderful weather :-)

Another 20-mile run early tomorrow morning; a rest on Sunday; and probably swimming again on Monday!
