Outsider the house. All starting to bloom.

An office day broken up by a lunch out at a vegetarian noodle bar. Had "chicken" drunken noodles which was actually very tasty.

Made it to spinning class for the first time since I had been back from England. 18 miles in an hour.

Then to a friends place for a BBQ to celebrate his birthday.
