Cycle in the sun

Today was the first proper bike ride of the year. Only 8 miles but still a start to getting fit.

Need to start dress shopping and I want to be reasonably in shape for that.

The park 4 miles away is so beautiful and I think best reached via the canal paths. I stopped halfway and took this. This afternoon I need to go with Steve so he can buy a bike and we can enjoy these rides together.

Also tonight I am looking forward to catching up with our friends Helen & Steve over some tapas and sangria (I hope!) in town!
