Hot Cross Buns

I'm working my 2nd night shift tonight and brought in some hot cross buns to celebrate Easter on our coffee break.
Yum!
Once this shift is over I'm looking forward to relaxing tomorrow and preparing for Monday's feast of roast pork and homemade rice pud with a glass or 2 of wine. :-))
