Happy day

I love Easter Day. My brain tends to shy away from the build-up to Good Friday, as it is so full of cruelty and pain. Yet it was necessary.

I try to empathise with the story of Mary Magdelene, going to the tomb on the third day, full of despair that turns to confusion - and then great joy as she realises that Jesus is alive.

Jesus is alive!
