Lamb for Easter

A rather hectic day with the whole family, but I did manage a walk down the field with Ella to see the Hampshire sheep and lambs, as she was too young last year to remember seeing lambs. This one has two quite new black lambs, both of which were still shaky on their legs. Usually we have Black Faced sheep or Cheviots in our area as they are suited to the rougher ground and harsher conditions. These Hampshires are an unusual breed for this area - the owner has only a few.
