Egg rolling.

No 3 was up (very) early to check out if the Easter Bunny had left her the 1D pink watch she wanted (there's always a little gift and a chocolate egg for good boys and girls). She was delighted - and told me so several times at 6.30 am! (and 6.45, and 6.50, 7.00 ...in fact - every time she checked her watch!).

All the Weegies came to Mass today (I think they smelled chocolate) - afterwards we headed to North Berwick with our painted eggs.

Lovely day out, arguments were minimal, the sun shone - and we were late back so HAD to stop off for Fish and Chips at Longniddry Bents (my mum would be horrified - What NO proper sit down Easter dinner!).

In my defense, we have family coming for lunch tomorrow, Ham roasted, Lentil and Chorizo soup made and Carrot cake in the oven as I blip.

Settling down this evening to watch a classic - 'The Breakfast Club' with the big girls. Just for the fabulous 80s fashion and music !
