National Boat Route 76
Another belter of a day, perfect for taking the pedalo out for an afternoon's sail along the river.
Not sure what's happened along the cycle route here, been like this a couple of days now. Hoping it's a water main and not anything less savoury that's caused the few hundred yards of floods along the old railway line. On a sunny Easter Sunday afternoon it made for a refreshing paddle though. Not so much fun though for the walkers out and about and having to turn back the way they came, though a couple of them did bravely take off their shoes and roll up their trouser legs for a paddle through the rather chilly water. Not sure they made it all the way through though.
A most excellent catch up in the evening over a meal with the wee bruvs and blipper Jarmain. Nice grub, with good gravy. ;-)
