Yikes what a day - woke up to a beautiful white winter wonderland, watched a woodpecker looking for his breakfast whilst the rest of the close slept!

Then we had to dig our way off the drive, suitably booted we trundled into town for some supplies. Spotted a few hardy souls out on the field sledging. Spent the afternoon unpacking a few more boxes, finding and decorating the christmas tree and some tidying up.

The sky has looked stunning most of the afternoon, but especially so as the sun took it's final bow
