Freedom!!

I appreciate this isn't the most exciting of blips, but it is pretty monumental for me. This is a pretty special day.

I have spent my entire Easter Monday sat on my couch with the laptop working on my essay (Ok not exclusively working, I did watch yesterday's episodes of Game of Thrones and Believe in the middle).

But now I am ridiculously pleased to say that I AM DONE. I have not only finished this essay, but every University essay (provided it passes of course).

I already have a BA and an MSc and two years ago I started my second postgraduate degree. Due to a number of constraints, I am exiting this one with a postgraduate diploma rather than carrying on to the full MSc - but I am more than happy with that! Technically once graduated I could sign my name - Susan Lowes BA, MSc, PgD. I won't because I'm not that pretentious, but that is more than enough letters for me.

These past 2 years have been quite tough. Working full time and studying part time has meant that I haven't had much time for a life. Please remind me of this if I ever get another crazy idea to study again.

In other news, I ran again this morning and while it didn't go as well as Friday, I think I'm on the mend. Finally.

Right I'm off to celebrate by polishing off that egg from yesterday's blip. I hope everyone has had an awesome Easter weekend!
