Choices:

last night I made a choice to just have one glass of wine so I would be fine to drive early next morning

this morning I made a choice to not have a shower so as to make the start of Park Run on time

then made a choice to join F and co for an impromptu beach BBQ

got to start making good choices like today..

of course I also made the choice to walk through the Meadows to get to North Bridge from Tollcross and saw a woman peeing behind a tree (at least that's what I hope she was doing).
