Easter sun

Still got the sun shining but windy so not that warm. 'Long' Sunday run now up to 4 miles, yesterday's park run was a good 10 min/mile pace, today slowed to a 12/13 min/mile and felt heavy and sluggish. Got a cupcake to cheer myself up but was a bad choice - it was full of raisins!
