Mystery tree
This is the opening buds on a tree along the Susquehanna River. It's not a native tree, it's one that was planted along the pathway by the borough. In the summer and fall it has lovely clusters of white flowers. I took a photo of the flowering tree to a local nursery to try to find out what kind of tree it was so I could possibly purchase one. The staff there didn't recognize it. It is the only one of its kind along that stretch and it is very pretty. I'll keep trying to find out what it is.
Another beautiful day, squeezed in three walks, two with Riley. Mr M took him for one earlier, so he was pretty tired out this evening.
Also spent an hour or so transplanting tomato plants. We start them from see under fluorescent lights in the basement, then move them to our small greenhouse. Things are growing very nicely so far.
