Bribe?

Mr M and I were doing some preliminary looking at a new car today.  Just getting an idea of cost, trade, etc.  The saleswoman left the desk to get some information and came back with three lovely roses.  I knew we weren't buying anything this day and I felt a little guilty leaving with the roses. I thought it was a bit odd, and wondered if she yanked them out of an arrangement somewhere.  But they are lovely.
