Shopping Cart Cemetery

I found the site of the demise of many a shopping cart imparted to me by the nosy cop last week. They were in the trees, beaten, bruised, without wheels, you name it! The best ones made it through the trees and came to rest on the banks of the Cornwallis River. As the tide ebbs and flows, they slowly get consumed by the silt and mud. I think this shot will replace the previous for my submission to the club's April photo theme.

I don't even think Bubbles could help these carts...
