Popped over to Dad's house to pick up the last of the charity shop stuff and the new owners have really made a difference already. New light sockets gone in, all walls painted white and the carpets have been ripped up.

Rang to see how Dad was; he's fine and eating as normal. So he was being his usual over reacting self then.

Had lunch out with the craft girls and ate far too much again. I just can't say no to tea and scones!
