Earls Court

One of my largest projects is the Earls Court Masterplan.

It's a huge redevelopment of Earls Court and the surrounding area; attempting to provide over 15 million square feet of new residential to the heart of west London. Sadly it sees the Earls Court exhibition centre going. That said, it is old, outdated and on its last legs having been there since 1937.

The scale of the existing construction over 4 tube lines and a mainline railway is quite inspiring. We're struggling now to make stuff fit between the lines, so quite how they did it back then without 3 dimensional modelling tools is all the more impressive.
